Bird Feeder Time

Dark-eyed Junco (Junco hyemalis) having a snack. Stellar’s jays have found the feeder now too and empty it in a few hours. Then the smaller birds, the deer and our chicken peck at the seeds the Jays shovel out onto the ground. Working together to stay alive.
