Thank you for your thoughts. I’ve been listening to our Sechelt nation’s journey from abuse and horror to healing and empowerment, that is the context in which I posted this quote. Owning, facing and dealing with our Truth is freeing and empowering. 😉
I do wonder if we know what this quote really means. I have heard it used and then had someone tell me what it means, in their opinion. However, there are those who say the TRUTH can not be explained. The only way to know is to experience Enlightenment or Cosmic Consciousness and then the Truth is revealed. Also, the Tao says “He who speaks does not know and he who knows, does not speak”. Makes me think I am still seeking the truth. Some say it lies within. As Jesus said “It is not me but the Father within that doeth the work”. Perhaps that is a clue! Good quote! Very thought provoking! 💕💕
I hope it will be so. For all of us to hear and empathize with what others have gone through gives us much understanding.
