Braiding A Rug – Repurposing Old Clothes

Old shirts, jammy pants and leftover fabric are cut into strips,
the strips are folded in half with the edges folded inside and ironed flat.
The strips are then sewn together end to end to make longer strips.

Those strips are then braided together, adding more strips as you go.

Right! A great way to use up old clothes that aren’t good enough to donate. Have fun!
