Little Oak Tree

The little oak tree we found on the side of the road years ago is finally looking like a real tree. We don’t have oak trees in our forest so a travelling bird or energetic squirrel must have planted it.  It will be a mighty oak one day that our grandchildren can enjoy.
The oak is the King of Trees.  Oak leaves symbolize strength, endurance, eternity, honour, liberty, hospitality, faith and virtue and  is considered a cosmic storehouse of wisdom embodied in its towering strength. It grows slowly, but surely at its own rate.
