Life Is Just Awakening

Life is just awakening,
my favourite time of year.
Buds of promise in our hair,
scents of beauty everywhere.
Something new to find each day,
treasures on a rainy day.
Dreaming on the garden swing,
Life is great,
it’s finally Spring!
