We mulched our carrot patch in the Fall and had fresh carrots all winter. We dug up the rest this week and this was a special gift, a Celtic Knot.

There were several rows that didn’t get thinned out before we mulched so the carrots were crowded and these three compensated for lack of room by twisting around each other. Pretty neat. 😉
