One Piece Is Missing

It’s easier to fly off to other countries
to talk about peace
then stay home
and live at peace
with one’s neighbour.

Building walls
does not create peace.
Peace is a gate
that opens both ways.
Peace reaches out
with solution
rather than threats
of retribution.

Talks are necessary,
but the missing piece
is Peace.

  2. I’ve only read one post and I’m already in love with your poetic soul and your stream of consciousness writing. So beautiful. Thank you for putting your authentic self out there for us to celebrate. Such a heartfelt poetry, beautifully penned. If you get a chance I would love it if you checked my blog out, I feel that it would resonate with you! Looking forward to reading more!💕
