Apple Harvest

It was picking day after we’d watched the black bear up in one of our old apple trees chowing down as many apples as he could before we chased him away.  We knew he’d be back for the rest of them.  We got 60 pounds from various trees around our acreage.
Tomorrow they will be applesauce.

He’ll be back but he’ll not get our apples. Hopefully he’ll raid someone elses trees when he sees the apples are gone.
