So soft and white and yet so cold,
so quiet, light and yet so bold
you influence the great and small,
yet think of others not at all.
If routine stops because of you
no apology is due.
You can change a nations ways,
win men’s hate or garner praise.
What is this thing,
I do not know,
is it my life
or just drifting snow?
