Peace Amidst the Fury and Pain

A gust of wind shakes diamond dust here and then over there.
I’m surrounded with beautiful gems
no one else owns or even sees.
Such beauty, such peace
in a world wracked with such fury and pain.

    Thank you for your comment. Best to stare out windows than watch the news these days I think. The ugliness is really such a small part of a much bigger, beautiful world.
