Perennial Herb of the Mustard family. Native weedy species.  Planted in box in front of workshop in 1986. It grows everywhere now.  When ripe the seeds explode when touched (often called shotweed due to this attribute).
Peppery flavour, nice in salads or sandwiches.
Vitamins and minerals in abundance, vitamin A, iron, manganese, sulphur, calcium, copper.  Spring tonic.  Used for mental illness or “Possessed.”  Means: stability

Will have to try that. I get possessed trying to get rid of them before they explode and reseed everywhere. Thought it was a weed!

Well a weed is really just a plant out of place, right. 😉 I like nibbling the peppery leaves as I walk around the yard. Better to enjoy than something rather than curse it.
