Lovely golden plum tree that grew from seed where our chicken coop used to be. We’d feed the chickens our scraps and one plum pit must have sprouted. It’s been a spindly little tree for years but this year it is in full bloom and I’m looking forward to a few golden plums from it this summer.
Home grown plums always taste best.
