watch out for road kills,
meadow lark trills
such a big sky of blue
driving through
grasslands with you.
Wild flowers, black loam,
antelope roam,
police only in town
on Thursdays
Skunk Butte Trails
enthusiasm fails
all of the rest are blur days.
gas stations closed
stores all closed too
driving through
Saskatchewan
with you.
