I’ve learned how to talk,
express myself uncensored,
say what I want
when I want,
not fearing disapproval.
But it seems
the more I talk
out loud
the less I talk
internally,
or think deeper
than feelings,
rights,
opinions.
Is learning to talk
a sign
of growing
or shrinking.
