Singing Inside

Sitting here beside the ocean,
seagulls flying over my head,
waves rolling, withdrawing,
sun warming my back
I am singing inside.

It is such a beautiful world!
I must practice sitting more.
And not get so caught up
in the bustle and worry of life
that I miss all of the beauty
that surrounds us.
