Evolution of An Attic Part 2

1977 in the attic

We closed in the downstairs ceiling when we added our bedroom, so the attic became the girl’s room. Each had a section which they decorated with blankets, wall hangings and the patchwork afghans I made them from yarn found at thrift shops and garage sales.  Many dreams, sorrows and games of Sorry were shared in that upper room.
